In the Norwegian Whitepaper “Report No. 40 (2008-2009) to the Storting: Norwegian Humanitarian Policy” the GHD principles were wholly integrated. The GHD principles were integrated through the document, but in particular the chapter 5.7 “Norway as a good donor” includes our commitment, involvement, and activities regarding flexibility and predictability of our support.
